I have a zoom 5590c modem and my pc is only on for about 15 minutes at a time and then my e-mails go off and i keep getting page load error so I have to switch off and back on again anybody have any ideas of what is wrong with it.

If you mean the router username/password its admin/zoomadsl unless you've changed it.
