ZT 800U : When I scan a barcode, sometimes it puts extra "0" in the beggining. It doesn't do the samething for some other barcodes. Can anybone tell me how to fix this problem?

Hello schol61. The extra '0' at the beginning of the scan is called a "lead character". Usually it is standardized by the scanner, meaning that it would do it for all scans. Unfortunately, I don't have a manual and can't find one for this particular unit. But, if you do then I would suggest having a look in it for any configuration barcodes that have something to do with a "lead character". Some scanners do have lead character settings for each barcode symbology they read. I hope this helps. Good luck!
