I have electric double oven VEDO275SS by Viking that are 11 years old. The top oven heats fine but the bottom oven heats out of control. I tried to see how hot it was getting so I put a oven thermometer that went to 600 and it broke. No matter at what temperature you set it, it will heat super hot . I called out a Viking repair man and was told they no longer make the teperature gauge for the oven,so there was nothing they could do. I called Viking and they said the same thing. They only keep the parts for 7 years. I don't know where to look for a replacement, or if the part could be fixed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Judy

We have Viking Imperial stove with digital controls. The stove is not working and we are getting an "Error F2" message. What does this mean? How do you fix it?

WE HAVE A VIKING VEDO205-EPBR BOTH OVENS ARE VERY ERRATIC WITH RESPECT TO TEMPERATURE CONTROL. THE TEMPERATURE KNOB POSITION DOES NOT CORRESPOND WITH THE ACTUAL OVEN TEMPERATURE. FOR EXAMPLE: KNOB SETTING OF 25O RESULTS IN AN OVEN TEMP OF OVER 350 DEGREES OR THE OVEN SOMETIMES CONTINUES TO GO TO OVER 400 DEGREES
