How can I get a new remote for Designer's Choice ceiling fan FCC ID M8CRL 103?

I have a new Hunter ceiling fan and I believe I have the black and white wires connected properly. There is a blue wire that is for the lighting kit and it instructions said to put the blue and black together. I did this. The light works OK.
