Hello, here I have a problem with my speakers JBL Encounter 2.1. Is that in the small speaker where there is volume control, when put to music, I feel that there is a ball that wanders inside. The sound is good, but there's just the sound of the ball who is walking more. So I wanted to know how to disassemble the speaker because I have not figured out how to disassemble. And I'm afraid to break something. Thank you, to help me and understand me. p.s: scuz me if my english is not correct, because I'm french
