Model: WBVH5200J2WW Three weeks ago, my washer spilled water all around and under. Upon initial investigating I have discover a 2X2 inch rip in the gray booth seal. It took GE a full week to replace it. I have to mention terrible Customer Service, which we had to call more than four times... Several days after corrective action I've encountered same problem with flood in the laundry room, only difference is, the rip is about 8 inch long, (when looking into the door opening between 7 and 12 O'clock position). That's it for me, I will ask for my money back and going to by a good old Maytag. GE should stick with building Jet engines and bulbs and not washers any more... This is a cronic and serious issue. Our washer and drier have been purchased in March of 2008, still under warranty. Dan Plavsic

Hello, we have a Samsung WFJ1254 front load clothes washer and after we complete a load, the softener tray (coded with [*] in the middle of the detergent tray) is filled with water. GE WCVH6260 Washer won't cycle. It turns own, balances self, fills with water and nothing. I cleaned the catch at bottom of machine, but still nothing different.
