My C7280 has suddenly started having error messages concerning the ink. Plus it only prints a blank page, no matter if my subject is b&w or color. I can do an alignment and it comes out perfectly, I just can not print anything. I uninstalled the printer, downloaded the driver for upgrade from Vista to Win7 and reinstalled the printer. I am still having the same issues

I have a HP C7280 All in One printer. Until recently printer has been working fine. Then when it was turned on, the panel all lit up and started flashing with the following codes appearing (it's happening every time we switch-on) on the screen - 'B800015C' and 'B3B78D68'. When flashing is happening we can not do anything with the printer, not even to turn it off. We have to unplug the power. Next time we switch on, we get message about not being shut down properly and then the flashing panel starts again. We appear to be going round in circles, getting nowhere. on again and it didn't work. I tried unplugging the USB cord from the printer and power and it didn't work. Is there anything else I can try without having to purchase a new printer? Thank you for your help
