Model HZB-12SA - It doesn't work consistently - sometimes it makes ice and sometimes it doesn't, even after turning it off and back on. We have only used it about 4 months. Could it have a problem with mineral buildup in the water? Have checked the instruction manual that came with it but the troubleshooter section does not address our problem. When it is working properly, we are really pleased with it

Model HZB-12SA - It doesn't work consistently - sometimes it makes ice and sometimes it doesn't, even after turning it off and back on. We have only used it about 4 months.
