I have a Samsung Printer (SCX-5635fn) with a door open error, but no open door

fax & scanner. It worked great with my old IBM desktop computer running XP. However, a few days ago I upgraded to a new HP custom built HP Desktop computer for my business. The problem I'm having is that my Samsung printer will not print the page numbers at the bottom of the pages of my contracts. It seems to be cutting off the bottom of the page, although it doesn't push the page number or content to the next page. The pages numbers just don't appear at all - they just completely disappear. I have checked and rechecked the page numbering and margin information in formatting, to make sure all of the page numbering and margin information is correct. However, I don't think this is a formatting problem, because the contract prints perfectly including their page numbers on my HP Laserjet color printer. Also, the page numbers appear in the "print preview." Do you have any suggestions? Thank you
