Technics SU-G75, No Speaker Output, Headphones Work. So I woke up this morning to find that my roof leaked ...onto my laptop and stereo. I love this amp, bought it new with all accessories in 1993, I've used it nearly every day since. The amp was on when water got in, seems the water came in dead center above the faceplate and ran down along the board and buttons. The main (bottom) board is dry. After drying it powers on, and everything is working, except the speaker output. Here's the thing that gives me hope; headphone output works! The speaker relay (?) no longer clicks after turning it on, or when cycling the speaker button. Any ideas? Have noted similar issues here, but nobody's headphone output still works. Thanks in advance

Hi I just got a Technics SU V2 amp and can't get sound from the speakers. What size speakers would suit this amp? What is the correct method to connect the speaker leads to the back of this amp, I've not seen terminals like them before. Cheers
