dryer units last July. One quit working three months later and the guys at Malber USA would not send the correct part to fix it and they would not replace the unit. Absolute thiefs. Anyway, I have had that one sitting in my garage for a year unrepaired, and now I have another one that is broken. The lefthand black spring that holds up the tub has broken and the machine is not usable. Do you know where I can get parts?

Dryer is not blowing hot air. There was water collecting in the vent hose which was emptied, but didn't help. Probably a heating element but not sure
