Report "Got your product for my son's Bday (last week). He is trying to use it on his Xbox 360. Plugged capture card in the output on his TV through one touch (which is not working - solid red light only) and into computer with USB port. Loaded the Diamond disk. Used the "record" button on computer and it indicates it is recording; however, there is no playback info in the designated folder and it doesn't play anything back at all. It's like it's recording nothing. Can't find any information in the documentation that was sent with the product. Did composite using 3 cables to the TV and used WMD (I think) on recording. He wants to upload to YouTube. Please help!"
