Hi i'm Arron. I have had a KN1 sli lite motherboard running athlon 64 X2 cpu, 2gig ddr ram, nvidia 8600gt graphics card, dvd recorder & 500gb hdd for a few years now and it's been running windows 7 ultimate x86 for about a year now.. within the past few months i have had to replace the power button 3 times because they all stop working after a few weeks. 2 days ago i replaced another power button for the 4th time but this time the computer didn't start up. yesterday i was bored and tried 2 start it but it didn't start. today about an hour ago once again i thought i'd see if the computer would start, not expecting it to but this time it did start with the same button! when the computer is running there are no problems! would you be able to help me solve this odd problem of my computer chewing through power switches and not starting up for a few days? there are no burning smells or odd sounds coming from the computer either. physically the motherboard is in good condition. thanks!
