My problem with the OKI c6150 paper jam errors was experienced by others as well (see below and other posts). I hope they can find a simple fix as it's looking like a defect or design issue for correction. Otherwise the printer is great (during the 20% portion of time it actually works and it's not giving errors or having paper pickup problems): By Guest on May 10, 2010 When trying to print anything the printer will receive the data start adjusting temp and then the error 391: Paper Jam will pop up. Usually opening the front cover and then closing it will fix the problem and allow the page to be printed but when a new document is sent to the printer it will once again get the error code 391. The rollers are in good shape and the printer is fairly new. There is never any paper jammed it just always gets the error. Any help? DO NOT POST THIS ON FACEBOOK!
