I purchased a 011-1871-4 1000 watt motomaster power inverter and have installed it in my motorhome. The (very poor) instructions require that a ground cable be hooked up, attaching it to the ground cable screw on the inverter. This unit does not have a ground cable screw on it. What does this mean and where would you attach this ground cable. Thanks
