My PC with a V266B motherboard and an AMD Sempron 2400+ processor was working fine until I tried to change the CPU frequency. When I rebooted, I got no display and then the PC started to power cycle. When it settled out to a steady-state on situation, it started an alarm, kind of like a siren and stated that the CPU fan was not working. I found out that all the fans and my Aquagate Viva water cooler from Cooler Master was also working correctly. My PC will not boot to Windows anymore but it will go to CMOS where the PC Health Status shows normal settings for everything except 0 RPM for Sysfan Speed and CPUFan Speed. So, why did the CPU fan sensor fail and how can one get it back?

No color. Video output of PC on a video cable splitter, one side going to projector, other side going to monitor. Monitor displays nice bright colors of all kinds, projector only shows white and some semblance of blue (looks like light, grayish blue). Hooked up a PJ513D on same cable and it has beautiful colors of all kinds
