On my Schwinn Airdyne Evo Comp the locking ring on the bottom bracket comes loose. I can get my fingers on it and reinsert in and tighten it down but not enough to keep it from loosening up again. I would like to really tighten down the locking ring but after removing the bolts I cannot remove the left connecting arm or left eccentric. Are these pressed on? Also the locking ring appears to need a special spline tool to tighten it down, anyone know where I can get one. While returning the bike to the Schwinn dealer for repair is an option, it would be difficult and would be much easier if I could just repair it myself
