I have a brand new 'built-in' Napoleon gas grill. I can see the pilot light come on and the burner will light briefly and but won't stay lit. I adjusted the shutter valves and had to close them all the way before 1 burner would stay lit. However, the flame was weak and it too eventually went out. Could it be that too much air is involved? I had a contractor build a BBQ island and drop in the grill. He left a gap underneath so I'm wondering if too much air underneath the grill is causing a problem
