I have a 15 year old powermate 5000ER and it was running good then i let my neihbor borrow it and it sat in his garage for about 2 yrs now i have it back and it will not start.Put new fuel in it, cleaned fuel pump, new spark plug (no fire unilt i undid the oil sensor wire, then spark to plug.) There is fuel getting to carburator cleaned oil sensor and hooked wire back up and motor will start with starter fuel but will not stay running. is there another cutoff switch? This engine model number# 19E412 Briggs and Straton and what puzzels me is there are 2 fill holes for the oil one on each size. we added oil and i am going to change the oil next. any ideas?
