I have the V&B Omnia Architectura Close Coupled pan and cistern, recently installed (370x690mm), and have noticed that it collects a lot of condensation inside the lid of the cistern. However, because the back top (left) edge of the cistern is indented (presumably for the option of a pipe) the condensation dampness is damaging the decoration of the wall around that 'dip' in the moulding. I have inserted a spacer behind the cistern to avoid direct contact with the wall, but the dampness persists. Is this a common issue ? Can you suggest any solutions, please
