I downloaded their trial version which worked great so I decided to click on "buy" which I did and bought and downloaded My Invoices & Estimates Deluxe 10. I had it save my previous estimates that I did. But when I brought it up it came up distorted and all my setup wasn't there for my business, ie business name, address, etc. I contacted technical support and that didn't get me anywhere. I needed to type up a new estimate - so the only way I could it was to uninstall the 10 version and download a new trial version and then it worked great again. What can I do to get the 10 version to work correctly or should I just ask for a refund?
