2005. Last week I installed a new washer on the hot water side of the faucet. The Model number is: 43 - 8H3. I called a week ago saying the faucet had a bad leak. I was sent new parts to rectify the problem. The parts are numbered: 9109000 - 2 - 1A076B - 910 - 900. The second part: 962243A - 1 - 1l018D - 962243A. These parts did bot solve the problem. I crawled in the cabinet and found the hot water faucet shank was lose and when I disconnected the supply line the shank could be moved in all direction. I feel the shank is broken off in the housing. Since I have no vocal chords and use an Electro Larynx the gentleman who helped me couldn't understand me very well. The parts were sent to Ann Hueberg - 2538 Wilmington Ave. Salt Lake City, Utah - 84109. The address is correct however my name is Hans Hubert. My phone number is 801-484-4135. Please arise via e-mail please since it's hard to understand me over the phone. Thanks for your help. Hans Hubert
