This is the last time ever my entire family, and relatives,after we speak too them,we will purchase FUJI ELECTRONICS,in this lifetime......We purchased model Z70 CAMERA, ONLY to discover after 3 short months,,,,,, your company did not honor the warranty.After a thoughal investigation,your repair department is continuiously denying warranty policies to over 35% of your consumers,sending letters out implying EXTERIOR FORCE DAMAGE...This under hand method of profitting , is outragious... Luckily friends in the right places helped me to discover what your company is really about.. This camera in question,,was blacking out,, before my eleven year old, dropped the camera. By not honoring the warrenty your implying the cameras you manufacture are very cheaply made,....that what you pay for, is NOT what you get...YOU NOT ONLYUPSET MYDAUGHTER,WHICH BY DOING SO,,got this investigation underway,,,Her relative which is currently working for 5th ESTATE,,IS VERY interested in our story.....You should investigate yourself, the cons that work in your repair department..Without divulgeing to much information,like i said 35% ...........................REPAIR ESTIMATE 91008460 TRULYYOURS
