I can't get into my external drive, I have a feeling maybe it has a virus on it as well as my important documents I need on there. On my laptop it says I have to format it and on my desktop comp it doesn't say anything, only when I check in my drivers setting it says that, this device will not start (code 10), what does that mean??? I've tried all of troubleshooting and nothing worked, I don't know what to do, I called Buffalo technical support and no one wants to anwser, I only get a answer machine repeating herself over and over, please help me???
