I have installed the Elmo's A-to-Zoo adventure game on my PC. When I go to play it, I get an error message stating: D3D Error: Failed to Create Shader. We have updated the video driver, DirectX, reinstalled the game and still get that error message. The game does work fine in a work computer, but not in my daughter's. What does this mean? How do we fix this?
