I am trying to install a remote start system in my 2010 Nissan Titan. The box seems like it turns on and makes clicking noises. The tail lights flash also, but the starter never engages. I looked up the VIN and it does not have an immobilizer. I even bought a replacement key from Wal-Mart and it starts just fine with the key and fob no where near the vehicle. I ran the power wires straight from the battery and attached the ground to a surface in the truck. I didn't sand any paint away because i figured the screw would be enough of a maiting surface. I also installed the relays as required for the 2 acc and 2 starter circuits. I was limited on access to the plug so I just did a T-tap on the wiring for most of it. I actually the wiring together at the splice point for the power wires. I did a read of the manual that came with it and put the factory alarm diarm and rearm wires in the door like it said but no joy
