I just bought a Volfenhag zx 7160 car amplifier. It has two separate crossovers built in. One for 1&2 channels and the other for 3&4 channel. Each are independently bridged if needed. The amplifiers mode switch has three positions 2-3 or 4 channels. My problems is I dont want to wire my speakers wronge and ruin this amplifier. Now I have a 15" rockford fosgate sub woofer and two three way speakers. Can i bridge 1&2 channel for use of my 15" sub woofer in the LPF mode from built in crossover and use 3&4 channels to play other two speakers in full range mode. Keep in mind i am not bridging 3&4. I really just dont want to over stress my amplifier, got it!
