Just got a reconditioned (sold "like new") Juki from a sew and vac with a good rep in town. It worked like a dream in the shop. Got it home, it is a mess! can't fix the tension at all and bottom thread keeps looping. Brought it back to shop. They had it for a week, said it was all fixed. Just picked it up, it worked great in shop. got it home. did NOTHING to it. Just plugged it in at home...even using the sample cloth left in from the shop...and it is all messed up again!!! called the shop, guy accused ME of doing something to it. I did nothing but plug it in. Should I just throw in the towel and try to get my money back? Or is there something I am doing wrong? FRUSTRATED! Thanks for the help Mik
