I have the Fisher-Price Kid Tough Digital Camera R7316. I need to download the photos. This device did not come with a cd or dvd or any other form of drivers, you are just supposed to plug it in and it's recognised as a new drive in Windows Explorer. When I plug it in I get the message "USB device not recognized...." I have tried it in 4 different laptops a new Dell 32-bit Windows Vista Business, old Dell 32-bit Windows Vista Business, new Acer 32-bit Windows Vista Home and out of desperation brand new Asus 64-bit Windows 7 (yes I know it's not a Windows 7 device - like I said out of desperation). I tried a number of different usb cables in all usb ports - same message. I contacted Fisher-Price Support (who were less than helpful) - they told me I need to update the video driver in my laptop. Well all laptops were running the newest video drivers - so I downgraded them - same message.... re-updated the drivers and same message "USB Device not recognized..." Any idea how I can get this device to be recognized as another drive? I want to get the photos off it - it does not have a removable memory card
