I took 4 rolls of film in for development but when I got them back all of them were either very under or overexposed despite taking all the pictures according to the light meter in the viewfinder of my Pentax K1000. Also it seemed like the film wasn't advancing completely. I'm not sure how to discribe it but when I got the developed pictures back half of the picture that was taken previous was on each picture. For example: I took a picture of a building then the next one was a picture of a friend of mine. When I looked at the picture after developement half of it was of the building and the other half was my friend both very underexposed. I'm not sure if this makes sense and if it was simple user error or not
