I have sold a motorcycle on eBay, The winning bid being £400.00. The winning bidder phoned me last night and told me he did not have £400.00, And asked if he could pay in cash at the most £310.00. I did specify in the eBay add, Payment through Pay-Pal only. The bidder knowingly past the reserve price of £310.00. And pushed the bidding upto £400.00. Out bidding all others that had also past the reserve price. Dispite bidding £400.00 The bidder insists he has the right to have the bike at £310.00 only. He told me he has been an eBay member for three years. I have checked his eBay history, And infact he has only been an eBay member since August 2010, And has zero % feedback
