I had an issue with my cars system getting messed up by a boost. We finally got the power back to the player (red indicator light is back on and flashing) however the faceplate does not seem to be connecting with this properly. The CD's can be inserted and ejected but that's it. power won't come on.. nothing. :( I miss my radio. any ideas? I did notice one of the (sorry don't know technical names of things) gold chip connectors on the main unit (top right hand one) was a little crooked but still attached. the computer chip or connector on the face plate is perfectly fine. I wouldn't think this would present a problem since if would still be touching and therefore receiving but maybe that it. I pressed the reset button as well and that did not work either. so frustrating to be so close to listening to music yet so far away! and feedback will be greatly appreciated. Crystal
