I have a Kensmore He2plus front loader. I get a F30 code. I looked up the code and it is a despencer motor problem. I might also mention that it made a grinding sound. I got a new one and replaced the old one. I tested it and now the arm goes around like it should (without the grinding noise) but it stays that way. It doesn't signal that it is done and to move to the next stage of the process. Any ideas

362004A Model #: 20018 Serial #: 230621150g Here is a complete synopsis of what transpired to date. My lawn mower would not start one day. The week prior it did. I installed the following and still the mower will not start. 1.) Changed the oil (I know that wont help but I did it anyway). 2.) Changed the spark plug with the recommended one the manual requires and gaped it to thirty thousands as recommended. 3.) Replaced the Coil and Spark Plug wire. 4.) Replaced the Micro Switch that apparently the emergency safety shut off. (No easy task to find that bugger either. 5.) Unscrewed the spark plug from the motor block and reconnected the spark plug wire to the spark plug. Took my Volt meter and clipped the positive lead to the spark plug where it actually sparks from and the negative lead to a ground on the block. Turned my meter on to V DC. Without doing anything it gave a negative voltage. Pulled the rope and read 12V. I should be getting a spark. By the way, the motor does turn freely. I pulled the gas float cap off from the bottom of the carburetor and it was full of gas. I also put sea-foam in the gas tank. I am stuck... I keep thinking "The Ignition switch wouldn't keep it from starting... That is just for starting it electronically..." I am right there.... right? What else should I try. Don't say cuss at it. I did that. It never helps
