I have an endless summer 92000 table top propane heater. Lights fine, but the flame does not burn at the edge of the burner. Instead, it only burns in the very center of the burner... much like a Bunsen burner... making a loud hissing sounds as it burns. All parts are 100% free of obstructions. Is this a regulator issue of a control valve issue, or a burner design issue. My other patio heater is the same model and has been working flawlessly
