I've had my Lasko Windmachine fan for a couple of years now. Just recently, I turn it on and the motor will only spin VERY slowly, no change when I change the speeds. The blades just barely spin around and I'm not sure the best way to fix this. No strange noises or rattling or anything, just the barely spinning.
