main phone humber wont ring. The only time I can actually get a call is if the first line is in use and the call rolls over to the second line. I tried to call the first line myself and i could hear it ring in my phone but the line would not ring at the office. Verizon ran tests and says the actual line is working fine and it is a problem with the comdail system and its settings. What can I try to fix the issue

We have a comdial phone 7260-00 HAC. How can we transfer a call into voicemail? Up until now, we have had our clients call back whereby we do not answer the call in order for the call to transfer to voicemail. Thank you!! Anthony
