DELONGHI 3500 THE INFUSER IS OUT OF THE MACHINE AND THE PART TO INSERT THE INFUSER IS LOWER THAT NORMAL CAN PUT THE INFUSER BACK IN IT WILL NOT FIT I TRY TO RESET THE MACHINE AND RAISE IT BACK UP BUT WILL NOT MOVE. Heating up. hi there i have a delonghi esam3500 magnifica automatic cuppuccino machine. my question is once i turn it on it says HEATING UP PLEASE WAIT. It will not let me do anything else. i cann't even access anything from the menu. it wont even do a self diagnosis. anyone have any ideas cheers tony
