The fan use to have 3 speeds - high, medium, & low. For some reason now we only have 2 speeds - high & low. Got a reply from a remote expert saying it most likely is the hand held transmitter. Before I go out and buy one would like some further info if it could be the remote reciever in the fan or the motor. Thanks, Mike
