ASUS P5S800-VM -AGP slot.I'm trying to install a Sparkle GeForce FX5200 AGP 256 DDR and upon window XP reboot the card shows up but Windows fails to boot therefore limiting the chance to load the drivers. I pull the card out and Windows XP boots up fine. Any tricks required? Thank you

Hello I have a ASUS P5S800-VM Motherboard with no HD on it just some RAM,graphics card,the CPU and a sound card.My problem is that whenever I switch it on it will stay on for about 15 seconds then shut down.I immediately switch it back on but this time it will only work for about 5 seconds before switching off again.No matter how many times I switch it on it will keep shutting down after about 5 seconds.If I leave it for a few minutes it will again run for about 15 seconds and repeat the whole thing again. Although when I disconnect the ATX12V1 it will run fine and doesn't shut down by itself,but then I can't switch it off from the power button. Please help!
