I have an asus p4p800se mobo with 3.2ghz, 1gb ram that just shut off, I rebooted and it went on for a minute or 2 and shut down again, tunrs out the PSU died, I replaced it with a new 500watt psu, now all I get is a black screen (message says NO SIGNAL) I cleared cmos, changed cmos battery, diconnected floopy, HD, DVD, changed video card, and cpu, all fans are running, Board LED IS GREEN, Keyboard lites SOMETIMES for a second if I take it out and replug it in.Tried differnt monitor also. I need help please! Don't know what else to try!

P4P800 MB will not power up. Power switch only yields flashing lights. Turn off and wait and repeat yields same result. Disconnect power from all drives = same result
