I have a White Speedylock 1500 Serger and having problems with the lower looper not catching the thread where the arm goes across. Ive tried tightening and loosening the screws, but no luck. My only place to take it says it will be one month to even look at. I need it fixed ASAP. I would also like a manual for this serger if there is one available online?

My top looper does not go all the way to the left needle stitch. It is only picked up by the right needle stitch. I'm not sure what to do. I have re-threaded and adjusted tension with no change. It's a white speedylock 1600

Serger Machine My serger machine is running with a kind of hammering noise. I am suspecting that its timing is out. How can I fix that?I have a 4 thread White Speedylock 1600 that is not looping...thread comes out straight. The upper and lower loopers are touching, should they? Any other ideas?

My White Speedylock 1600 serger is making a clunking sound. The part where the right and left needle threads go behind the front tension plate (right before you pass it through the needles) keeps hitting the cutter. Something is obviously out of alignment but I can't figure out how to fix it. I've replaced the cutter and the needles but still have the "touching" problem and the "clunking" sound. Help!
