Frozen Completely I was trying to play a song on the player. It randomly started skipping through a lot of songs without playing any of them. I tried to turn it off. While holding the power button, the screen suddenly went really dim to where I can barely see it and now no controls work whatsoever. I can't get it to change from the current screen and it won't even turn off. I tried to plug it into the computer, and my computer didn't even know anything was there. Please Help!
