My mother has a 2 yr old ford fusion with about 27,000 miles on it. Yesterday I drove it. At one point I had to turn while going up a hill. While accelerating the engine seemed to loose power but continued to rev up the rpm's. It began to clatter and blow white smoke. After setting for a second it regained power and I took it home. My mother said it started doing that the day before after having the oil changed but she didn't think it was going to hurt anything because it got better after a second. The local ford place said there was nothing wrong with it. Today I took it out and while accelerating up hill it happened again. Lose of power, clattering and white smoke
