The print head doesn't appear to be connected to the belt drive on my Epson C62. Is there a clip that has come undone that I can re-attach? Prior to this I was experiencing a clanking noise when the carriage was at the furthest extent of its travel (right-hand side). I realigned the heads using the utility software and that seemed to resolve the issue. However, today the clanking returned and the print started to move off the page. I have turned the printer off and back on again - the belt moves to ad fro a couple of times then stops and the central red light comes on. Any ideas?
