I have a 'refurbished' unit so I understand that can bring problems in itself... I had to replace the lamp about 5 months after purchasing the unit. This lamp served us well for a couple years. I replaced the lamp again and this new lamp lasted only three weeks before it went out with a bang - literally - a loud popping noise. Before I replace the lamp yet again, is there something I should look for which typically causes the lamps to blow - other than bad luck with the lamp?
