Wont start Brand new Homelite 26ss. 3rd time use. Worked fine 2 weeks ago. Good spark plug, fuel lines look intact proper gas to oil ratio.I follow the directions for start up and it still won't start. Is the primer bubble supposed to fill with gas when primed, because it's not. Other than that I don't know what else it could be. Thank You. Kerry from Louisiana

Won't start I just bought a new 26ss gas powered weed eater. This is my 3rd time using it and it wont start. I keep it in my shed out of bad weather, so I know it's kept in good condition. I havn't used it in 2 weeks and last time I did it ran fine. Yesterday I followed the instructions to crank it and nothing. I have the proper gas to oil ratio, and like I said it's brand new so I'm pretty sure it cant be the spark plug, and the fuel lines look in tact. One question I have: is gas supposed to show in the prime bubble when you prime because no gas is showing, other than that, I dont know what else it could be. Thanks for reading this.
