Hi. I have a fiju ask 4000 and it has started to print slightly off line on the paper leaving a white border on the bottom and one side of the print. This border is about 4mm on the left and goes down to about 1mm on the right. Can you help please? John

But then when I try to add the printer in my printer and scan dialogue under system preferences the printer shows up, but I cannot find the driver to select at the "Print Using" dialogue. The printers print fine on my MacBookPro, that was upgraded to Lion, but the printers were installed before the upgrade. Where on my computer is the driver installer installing the driver so I can select it? Please help!

I havea FUJIFILM ASK 4000. The red light is flashing that indicates the machine needs to be turned off and back on. That did not help. I changed paper and ribbon and also removed a paper shred from the exit area. Same problem. I am now lost as to what to do next
