My HP G60-230US Computer will not start. The computer is a little more than 2 years old. Every so often when I would start the computer it would say "No boot device found". I would restart the computer and it was fine. The last time this happened the computer did not start. Here is what happens when I press the power button: The power LED on the switch lights The WiFi LED lights orange. The power led on the front of the computer lights white. About 10 seconds later the Hard Disk Drive (HDD) LED on the front of the computer lights for about 3 seconds then turns off for about 1 second. At this time The LCD back light lights. Then the HDD LED lights again for about 1 second and turns off. What I have done so far. I removed the battery and power supply and held the power button for 60 seconds. I tried all combination of power (battery, AC, Battery and AC...) following this and the computer acts the same. I tried pressing F10 but the computer remains with a blank screen. Tried an external monitor but nothing. I removed the HDD and copied the data off of it with an USB adapter on another computer so it must be good. I removed the 2 memory modules and inserted them in every configuration 1 module in the bottom slot The other module in the bottom slot. Each module in the top slot only. Modules swapped in the slots. I removed the wifi card and tried to boot. I opened the screen to it's full swing and still nothing. I am going to take the computer apart and start looking for loose broken connections. Has anyone had this problem and successfully fixed their computer? Thanks in advance
